Four simple steps to get your meal(s) at your door step

CHOOSE

Build your own Meals by choosing your protein, Carb and veggies, or choose from our delicious healthy signature Meals. And add them to your cart and make sure that your total amount is above 250 to be able to checkout

Check out

In the check out choose which day you prefer your meals to be delivered. Delivery day should be at least 48hrs after your order to allow our team to process and prepare your meals.

DELIVERY

Meals will be delivered to your home or office on the date you chosen. Keep your
meals in your fridge and consume them within 7 days.

HEAT & EAT

Every Meal comes in an individual vacuum seals container that makes it easy to eat it at work, home or on the go. Heat and enjoy healthy nutritious meal
